Young Woman has just moved to a new city where she is going to start a new job, make new friends and begin a NEW phase in her long-term relationship. The world is full of possibilities—and that’s really scary! Young Woman, with the misguided help of her Gaggle (a trio of figures that appear from her moving boxes), tries to start her life over. Can she live up to her boss’s expectations? Will anyone want to be her friend? Does she want to marry Young Man? Will she ever unpack all her boxes?!

(start)over is a look at life in your 20s, when everything is constantly changing, for the better and worse. This play rushes through time and mixes the mundane with the momentous to recreate the feeling of those tumultuous years and all the ways we try to talk ourselves through them.
